With over 15 years of extensive experience in the events industry, Kate brings a considered, solutions-focused approach to every celebration. Known for her ability to rise to any challenge and consistently exceed expectations, she approaches each wedding with both care and intention.

Understanding that no two weddings are ever the same, Kate places strong emphasis on building genuine relationships with every couple she works with. It’s through this connection that she thoughtfully translates each vision into a seamless, beautifully executed day.

Coordinator

Meagan's passion for weddings has grown organically throughout her career, from her time working with a wedding magazine in London to over a decade in the events industry. She is drawn to the feeling a wedding creates - that blend of energy, emotion, and carefully crafted detail that turns a celebration into something entirely its own for every couple. She thrives on creating the perfect atmosphere and bringing each couple's vision to life in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and thoughtfully tailored.

Inhouse designer, Stylist & Coordinator

Grounded in a strong design foundation, Ruby has a natural instinct for translating your vision into a celebration that feels unmistakably you. She is drawn to concepting, refining ideas and shaping atmospheres that feel considered and beautifully cohesive. She brings equal parts creative precision and genuine warmth to every project, ensuring that what you feel on the day reflects exactly what you imagined, only better.

Passionate about creating exceptional celebrations, she takes great care in considering every detail, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your day with your loved ones.

Coordinator

Alice’s journey in weddings began years ago in catering and beverage service, but it was her transition into coordination with the Soirée team that truly aligned with her passion. Known for her warm, personal approach, Alice loves taking the time to truly get to know each couple. She considers it a profound honour to help craft each couple’s “best day ever,” bringing a thoughtful and refined approach to every celebration.
