"Our entire family have talked about how calm we all felt over our wedding weekend and believe this is all thanks to Kate. She is an expert in her role and utterly professional - we think we were lucky to pick someone like her as our planner.
We are based in London and were planning a wedding in a remote location in the Marlborough Sounds. Timezone differences and working full time made this too much of a challenge to plan ourselves and so we brought Kate on board. She took on the challenge of planning a wedding with difficult logistics as our venue could only be accessed via 1.5hr boat.
Kate got a really good sense of our priorities and likes and dislikes. She established a level of trust with us that meant we were comfortable with her advocating for us when we couldn't join meetings with vendors - "whatever Kate wants will be aligned with what we want". She was willing to jump on early morning calls and her direction on what items to prioritise and when was something we couldn't have replicated if planning ourselves.
Our weekend was perfect, our vision of our day that we'd had for years coming to life.
While it felt like the weekend went by without a hitch we know this likely isn't the case and that the reason it felt like this was because Kate was working her magic behind the scenes."
