FULL PLANNING
ON THE DAY COORDINATIONSo, you’ve done the hard work and you’ve got a clear vision of what you want from your wedding day. All that effort means you deserve to truly love your special day. When you choose one of Soirée’s on the day coordination packages, we’ll take the stress away from having to worry about what actually happens behind the scenes on the day. From a few weeks out, we’ll take over contact with your vendors and start to coordinate them for your wedding day. We’ll create briefs and run sheets to give to family and send to suppliers. We’ll then make the day run super smoothly, from setting up the spaces in the morning, to coordinating the ceremony and reception. We are onsite until dinner service and then hand over to your MC to run the party for the rest of the night. We’ll be with you to ensure everything is perfect and seamless, so all you have to do is enjoy the best day of your life.
CREATIVE DESIGN & STYLE CONCEPTGood styling starts with a clear direction. A Creative Design & Style Concept means engaging us as your stylist to help capture your ideas and create the feel for your wedding day. This is the key starting point, building the concept for you, so that execution feels seamless and easy moving forward. Using your ideas and vision, along with colours and inspirational photos, we create an elaborate visual moodboard to help you see what your day will look and feel like.
From there, the rest is up to you. Book in all the suggestions, or pick and choose what best fits you and your budget. The perfect option for the DIY bride who just needs a creative kick-start. We'll design the concept and you'll get stuck into the fun part, the planning!
STYLING & SET UPThe morning of your wedding day is a precious time to cherish. The celebrations with your Bridal Party and family will be something you remember for years to come. The last thing you want to do is have to worry about getting the venue set up and looking perfect.
When you choose the our styling and set up package, we’ll make your vision come to life without you even having to lift a finger.
We’ll start by working with you and your vendors to coordinate the set up of your spaces. Our team will then fully set up and style the reception and ceremony areas so they’re ready to host your wedding day. All your ideas and hire items brought together by us. Perfect for the creative bride who knows what she wants with her style and design, but doesn’t want to worry about it all coming to life on the day.
