At Soirée, we’re in the business of producing extraordinary weddings. In helping our couples create unforgettable memories, we include enchantment, elegance and love into every wedding we are a part of.

After the excitement of your engagement, couples settle in for what they believe is the fun part of planning their wedding; and to some people, it is. For others, it is often a shock when they discover how much preparation is involved. That’s where we can step in with our planning and styling expertise.

Our team work alongside you to create your perfect day. Whether it’s on-the-day assistance, styling the reception or full planning, we work alongside you to see exactly how we can help. If one of our carefully designed packages isn't quite what you’re after, we also offer bespoke packages depending on amount of assistance you require.

How it Works

We'd love to sit down with you over a coffee or a wine and chat through your wedding day plans and where you would like assistance.
Based on our catch up, we will create a bespoke quote for you. From here, you can review the options and decide what you want to book.
Once you've confirmed your quote, we will send you a deposit invoice for 50% of the quote along with a form to fill in and our terms and conditions for you to review.
Once we have received payment and your form, you're all set. Your assigned planner will be in touch with the next steps and we can get underway.

Wedding Planning

You’ll have your own Wedding Planner & Stylist taking care of as much (or as little) of the planning as you need — from big-picture ideas to the behind-the-scenes admin. We manage contracts, budgets and payment schedules, coordinate supplier appointments, and handle the emails, calls and questions along the way.
As your day comes together, your planner will create a clear, comprehensive run sheet shared with your suppliers, bridal party and key family, so everyone knows what’s happening and when — and you can relax knowing your wedding day will flow seamlessly.
- Your own senior Wedding Planner and Stylist.
- Curation of a list of recommended suppliers based on all your requirements.
- Engagement and management of all suppliers in the lead up to, on event day and post-wedding.
- Full pack in and set up of all areas of your venue.
- Full on the day coordination.
- Full pack down post-event.
- Full liaison with you and any suppliers including pack in/out times & logistics.
- A supervised and directed wedding rehearsal.
- Full supplier and bridal party run sheet and brief.
- Unlimited liaison throughout.
- Design a styling concept for your big day.
- Create an elaborate visual styling moodboard.
- Sourcing all styling products on your behalf.

Wedding Coordination

The Essentials - 8 hours

Designed for couples who want a stress-free, professionally run wedding day, with confidence that all details are being managed behind the scenes.
This package provides full coordination of your wedding day, with our team stepping in ahead of time to take over logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly through to dinner service.
This includes up to 10 hours of preparation time, 8 hours on the day and one hour of rehearsal time prior to the wedding day. Coming onboard from 4 weeks out.
- A final catch up prior to the wedding to confirm details and take over vendor coordination
- Creation of a comprehensive wedding brief and runsheet to share with vendors, the bridal party, MC and key family members
- Coordination of ceremony and reception set up
- Full on-the-day coordination including guest movements, timings, music cues and vendor liaison
- A supervised and directed wedding rehearsal
- Acting as the key point of contact in the weeks leading up to and on the wedding day
- On-site on the day from approximately 11.00am – 7.00pm (8 hours), concluding as guests sit for dinner.

The Signature - 10 hours

Ideal for couples who want continued support into the evening, with coverage through speeches and key reception moments.
This package allows us to manage the flow of the reception, support the MC, and ensure speeches and formalities run seamlessly, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
This includes up to 14 hours of preparation time, 10 hours on the day and one hour of rehearsal time prior to the wedding day. Coming onboard from 6 weeks out.
- A final catch up prior to the wedding to confirm details and take over vendor coordination
- Creation of a detailed wedding brief and runsheet for all vendors, the bridal party, MC and family
- Coordination of ceremony and reception set up
- Full on-the-day coordination including guest movements, timings, music cues and complete vendor liaison
- A supervised and directed wedding rehearsal
- Acting as the key point of contact in the weeks leading up to and throughout the wedding day
- On-site coordination through dinner service and speeches
- On-site on the day from approximately 9.30am – 7.30pm (10 hours), concluding at the end of speeches.

Our most comprehensive on-the-day package, offering full support from morning preparations through to the celebration being well underway.
Perfect for couples who want peace of mind knowing every key moment, from set-up to first dance - is professionally managed.
This includes up to 20 hours of preparation time, 12 hours on the day and one hour of rehearsal time prior to the wedding day. Coming onboard from 8 weeks out.
- A final catch up prior to the wedding to confirm details and take over vendor coordination
- Creation of a comprehensive wedding brief and runsheet shared with all vendors, the bridal party, MC and family
- Coordination of ceremony and reception set up
- Full on-the-day coordination including guest movements, timings, music cues and full vendor management
- A supervised and directed wedding rehearsal
- Acting as the key point of contact in the lead-up week and throughout the entire wedding day
- On-site coordination through speeches, cake cutting and first dance, ensuring a smooth transition into the evening celebrations
- On-site on the day from approximately 9.30am – 9.30pm (12 hours), or once the party is well underway.

The Full Celebration - 12 hours

Additional Services

For the couples who like to do the work themselves but don't know where to go to book and get the best information. We provide recommendations and pull together a runsheet and brief for your day.

For those who would like to undertake all the booking, sourcing and coordination of quotes themselves but would like some assistance with concept, design and set up on the day of the wedding.

An initial consultation with us is free of charge with no obligations. We can provide additional consultations if you would like to check and make sure planning is on track. For this, there is an additional cost for our time.

This option suits couples who have organised all their styling elements but would like somebody to set it up according to their requirements.

Returning to the venue the following day to coordinate and assist with a full pack down of the wedding. This ensures everything is left how it was found.

In some circumstances, there are extra charges to be added to your quote, particularly if you are having a wedding out of town. Please note, these will be quoted after an initial consultation.
