We cater to your needs and desires, no matter how big or small.  Starting with the On The Day Assistance, it's the one for those who enjoy the planning and organising of their own day but want someone there to make sure it runs smoothly. Inclusive of setup assistance, styling, guest support and co-ordination of formalities. 

Then we have the Partial Bride. You've already begun the planning, and maybe even selected a venue. It's now down to the finer details, and assistance on the day. With on-going consultations and helping with styling, themes and all things important to you, we will be there making your dream day a reality.

Finally,  the one that has it all, the Perfectionist Bride. This has everything you need to create your perfect wedding day, from venue bookings and catering assistance to on the day co-ordination and on-going consultations; designed to let you enjoy the build up, without the stress.

If one of our already designed planning packages isn't quite what you are after, we also offer a tailor made option to give you exactly what you are looking for. Whether you just want styling assistance, or help with a budget, we will be able to have a consultation with you and carefully create your very own planning package, which doesn't break the bank.

Do you have a personal vision that you want to make a reality? Is there a big milestone around that corner that you're wanting to celebrate with a bang? Well, here at Event Goals, there is no occasion too big or too small for us. From 21st birthday celebrations, to your engagement function or baby shower. We can be as involved as you want us to be.

If you're looking for help from the get go and simply have a vision, we'll sit down with you and get it all onto paper. Once we've done that, we'll build your occasion around you and your goal, giving you a variety of options that can be tailored to suit. 

If you know exactly what you want but just need a team to put the plans in place, then we've got an extensive list of contacts and suppliers that we work with to make your vision a reality. We'll work around your budget to produce your function the way you want it.

Finally, coordinating a large function can be a stressful experience, especially if you're the one who's celebrating! So why not leave it to someone else so you can enjoy the day? We offer on-the-day management and coordinating so your party, shower, or function goes smoothly without you having to lift a finger.

Corporate Functions

We know how important it can be to treat your staff to a big blow out, or show your clients what your company has planned for the year ahead, so we have a variety of packages and planning options to turn your event ideas into a reality. 

From a staff day out, to a full conference and gala dinner. We can make your event best reflect your business and the values of your company. Here at Event Goals, we'll work to the brief you give us, or even design it together with your business, to make it as seamless as possible for you to enjoy the day.

We work in a number of areas when it comes to successfully implementing your exact plan. Our team have expertise in fitting the event to the venue, so will give you a variety of options for you to consider. If you need catering or food choices, our suppliers are well established in Christchurch, offering both traditional dinner options, and some unique and different ways to cater for your event. We also place emphasis on appropriate administration management, sticking to the budget you have, and effective logistics on the day of your event.

Sports Events

Sports events are a major part of the industry in New Zealand. Having worked on a number of large scale sports events such as the Christchurch City2Surf Fun Run, we know a thing or two about how they need to be executed.

Whether you’re looking to put on a fun run, a serious running race, a footie match, or need an event team to work on a longer series of sports events, we have the team to make it happen.

There’s a lot more that goes into these types of events than you think. They can extremely time consuming and have a lot of moving parts to work on. Why not get Event Goals to make it happen for you?

Contract Event Support

Here at Event Goals, we understand that sometimes you need a helping hand with your events in one way or another. You might be looking for some simple on-the-day assistance, you might be a venue who needs help with social media and administration, or you may just want some support in the lead up to a big event. Whether you're an event management company as well, or a business looking for some leadership in your events team, we can work on a short term goal to help you get across the line. 

We work from our office, 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD, we come with laptops at the ready, and an event kit to suit any type of function. This means that you really won't have to provide anything for us to get stuck in straight away. We work on a flexible basis with all our clients, so popping into your office for a team meeting is always a pleasure. 

It's often a very attractive prospect to draft in some quick, expert event support, knowing that we come with all you need to make a success of whatever you're planning.
